Time for some funk again! Ruben Correa has blessed us with this wild and funky coffee from Colombia. This one is filled with so much flavour as caramel, sweet liqourice and some nutmeg. At the same time it is dense sweet, with cacao, juicy blackcurrant ending with a heavy sweet finish.

Correa is a third-generation coffee farmer and manages his farm La Primavera with his brother. It covers an area of 3 hectares with around 15,000 trees of Castillo Tambo and Papayo varieties. The harvesting season spans from august to october, with cherries selectively handpicked.
