Information we collect, legal basis

Talormade Production AS, org. no. 922 404 887, Bygg 7, Maridalsveien 87, 0461 Oslo, collects personal data for web analytics, and for providing you with the products that you purchase through the site.

Personal Data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Any processing of Personal Data by Talormade Production AS is conducted in accordance with applicable data privacy legislation.

We process Personal Data for web analytics in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation article 6 (1) letter f, as we deem the processing to be important for providing a good service, with very limited privacy impact for the user. We use Google Analytics with AnonymizeIP enabled.

Further, we process Personal Data to provide you with the products that your purchase through the site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation article 6 (1) b, to perform our part of the contract when you order products though the web site. We also retain records of transactions to comply with Norwegian accounting law, under the General Data Protection Regulation article 6 (1) c.
