Pineapple & Lime

Another delicious washed coffee from Agaro Ethiopia. Farmed and processed by a cooperative called Nano Challa, which gives potential for sorting the coffee cherries based on size, shape and quality. This particular lot is a selection of cherries from farmers with very small land (3 hectares or less) at about 2000 metres bove sea level. Combined with the homogenous processing method after harvest, this results in clarity and complexity in the flavour once we've roasted it.

This coffee tastes very fresh and juicy. Lime zest that lingers from first sip all the way to the aftertaste, with pineapple sweetness and mouthfeel to bind the flavour together. Fantastic as a cold coffee.
