The name of the coffee, Magarrisa, means "green" in the Oromiffa language, and is part of a flavour consept at Nordic Approach to categorise the diverse coffees in Ethiopia based on flavour and processing method. Magarrisa coffees can come from various regions in Ethiopia. What they have in common is that they are wet processed (washed), are balanced, floral and citric.

We instantly thought of lavender when we tasted it first. This is a coffee with a nice structure and sweetness that we can only describe as peach candy :D
