Another beautiful coffee from Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. This is a blend of coffees from the 17 farms that they own and manage. Blending allows them to utilise the wet mill with more efficiency when the quantity of cherries picked from a single farm is too small. Those blends are labelled "Caballero".

The Caballero blend we got is called Mogola #1 and it was fermented anaerobically during the processing.
