This micro lot from the farm Fincona is a naturally processed Typica variety. It comes from the Intibuca project, like a number of coffees we've had in the past from the region. The project is founded by farmers in the community as a way to learn from each other and improve quality at their farms. We only received 2 bags of it and we roasted the last batch this week. This is about the quickest we've seen a coffee fly off our shelves!

Fortunately we still have a small number of bags left for those eager to try it. This coffee pairs nicely with sweet pastry or after dinner; the chocolate notes giving heaviness and aftertaste with a layer of fermented berries adding complexity to the flavour. Grab it while you can!
