This lovely coffee is sweet with a round mouthfeel and a comforting aroma of chocolate and nuts. A pairing that is deceptively simple, while being rich and complex in flavour.

It was grown and processed by Natalia Brito & André Luíz Garcia on their farm Jaguara, located in Campo das Vertentes in the Minas Gerais region. This region is historically more known for gold mining and hasn't got the long tradition of coffee growing compared to other regions in Brazil. Natalia and André are not afraid to experiment with various processing techniques and methods, utilising the insight and data they have access to at Procafé Foundation, where André works as an agronomist and researcher, specialising in pruning and producing coffee.
