We immediately noticed a rich cherry aroma when we opened the bag of the unroasted coffee, so we got curious about how this coffee would develop during the roasting. It ended up tasting like marachino cherry, but we also found a smooth and nutty character in the flavour akin to cola nut. Or as we commonly recognise this flavor combo: Cherry cola!

Such a delicious and fun coffee to drink. Another stellar lot from the Caballero farm.
