This coffee comes from the Bombe Kelada Washing Station, home to 500 smallholder farmers, who cultivate heirloom coffee varieties at an altitude of 1900-2100 meters above sea level. These coffee cherries are naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds for up to 20 days, imparting a clean and bright fruit character of cherries and lemon.

The high altitude and the varieties unique to the region give this coffee a complex flavor with high acidity, reminiscent of citrus and stone fruits. Perfect for pour-over brewing methods, it is a delight for those who appreciate bright, fruity coffees. It is also a great option for making espresso, for the coffee drinker who is keen on exploring and experimenting.
