This is a wacky one! We love a good experimental coffee that offers something new and exciting. The coffee cherries are fermented for 12 hours before being dried like a natural. This creates a really unique flavor and "zing" to the coffee. When we tasted our first test-roast of this we couldn't help but think how much it reminded us of a really good cheese and cracker combo: buttery, flaky, crispy, tangy, and zingy.

Definitely worth trying if you want something extra special!
