It's always a pleasure having coffee from Juan back on our shelves. Many of the coffees we've had on offer in the past became instant staff favourites!

Juan Saldarriaga is a young producer managing two farms in Antioquia, a region in Colombia that is historically known to produce heavier and more chocolatey coffees. But through experimentation in processing techniques and choice of plant varieties, Juan has shown that the reason can offer a broad range of coffees in regards to flavour.

This coffee has a buttery texture paired with light caramel and biscuit sweetness, with a vibrant citrus acidity and aftertaste of grapefruit. It's solid for filter brewing and can be enjoyed either black or with a splash of milk.
